Rental Prices and Terms

Our apartment in Mojacar is available for rental year round, whether it's for a fortnight's family holiday, a long weekend's golf or a long let to escape from the British winter.

The advertised prices are per week and include all linen.

Standard bookings run from Sat-Sat, although we may be able to accommodate part-weeks at our discretion. Send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

Long weekends
We're happy to let for long weekend, apart from in July and August. Long weekends are charged at 2/3 the weekly rate.

Long winter lets
Long lets (min one month) are available Nov-Mar. Contact us for rates.

Late availability
Discounts may be available for late availability (contact us to find out), although we strongly advise booking early to get the best deals on flights.

Welcome packs
Welcome packs containing bread, milk, cheese, eggs, wine and/or beer and other essentials are available if requested for an extra £18.

Payment
A deposit of £100 is payable on booking, with the balance due one month before departure. (For bookings less than five weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be due on booking). Payments can be accepted by personal cheque, bank tranfer or PayPal. We're afraid that we can't accept credit card payments.

Weekly prices for each season:

Low-season £  250.00 GBP

Mid-season £  350.00 GBP

High-season £  400.00 GBP

Peak-season £  450.00 GBP
